摘要
On the basis of a European regulation, there will be clear recommendations not only in Germany as regards the development and progress in the area of medicinal therapy in children. New developments will have to be planned also in terms of a possible use in paediatric age groups, and corresponding paediatric indications will be researched and added to the medicinal products already on the market. All this is the stated objective of a European initiative "Better Medicines for Children", which took as an example the well-established structures and guidelines of corresponding American initiatives. © Springer Medizin Verlag 2005.
