摘要
Abstract: This paper considers the effect of the technology of preliminary processing of finished and unfinished carbon fabrics and tapes with low-temperature plasma on the properties of elementary fibers. The results of evaluating the mechanical properties of elementary fibers depending on the duration of plasma treatment are presented. Three types of metal coatings are considered—stainless steel, copper, and titanium—which were deposited on carbon materials using magnetron sputtering. It is found that the adhesion strength of the metal coating to the carbon fabric (tape) significantly depends on the technology of preliminary treatment. The best strength values of adhesion between elementary fiber and metal coating were obtained for unfinished carbon material (LU-02/P), and the highest values of adhesion strength were obtained when applying metal coatings from stainless steel and copper. © 2021, Pleiades Publishing, Ltd.
