摘要
An automated combined system intended to measure the sensitivity of nanomaterials both in constant and alternating electric fields in a gas medium and gas-reagent detection temperature variation conditions is described. The designed software for analyzing gas-sensitive responses is presented. The possibility of increasing the sensitivity and selectivity of electronic nose-type systems made of nanocomposite materials, which are based on metal oxides, by imposing a disturbing electric impact at an alternating frequency in a temperature range of 300–400°C is shown.
