摘要
Zygomatic implants may be considered as an alternative to bone augmentation procedures in the management of severe maxillary atrophy.The zygomatic implant placement procedure does not require any adjunctive procedure.These implants could be successfully used to support a maxillary overdenture or a fixed bridge.
