Abstract: This review summarizes the main methods to introduce a triazole moiety into the structures of a pentacyclic triterpenoid betulin and its derivatives. The prospect of using 1,2,3-triazole-containing triterpenoids as drugs is laid out. © 2023, Pleiades Publishing, Ltd.
