摘要：
The operating conditions of graphite parts used for growing large optical single crystals for high-power laser equipment are considered. The requirements on the graphite materials used in this field are specified. A process for manufacturing the developed graphite, which provides optical materials with high service characteristics, is described. Data of a detailed study of the graphite properties, including their scatter over the volume and the anisotropy in the two main directions, are presented.
