Complex volar dislocation of the distal radioulnar joint in a Galleazi variant associated with interposition of the ulnar neurovascular bundle

Galleazi type fracture dislocations are sometimes associated with complex dorsal dislocation of the distal radioulnar joint due to interposition of the extensor carpi ulnaris tendon. We present the first reported case of complex volar distal radioulnar joint dislocation in a Galleazi variant associated with interposition of the ulnar neurovascular bundle.
