Approximate controllability for semilinear abstract discrete-time systems is considered. Specifically, we consider the semilinear discrete-time system [inline-graphic not available: see fulltext], [inline-graphic not available: see fulltext], where [inline-graphic not available: see fulltext] are bounded linear operators acting on a Hilbert space [inline-graphic not available: see fulltext], [inline-graphic not available: see fulltext] are [inline-graphic not available: see fulltext]-valued bounded linear operators defined on a Hilbert space [inline-graphic not available: see fulltext], and [inline-graphic not available: see fulltext] is a nonlinear function. Assuming appropriate conditions, we will show that the approximate controllability of the associated linear system [inline-graphic not available: see fulltext] implies the approximate controllability of the semilinear system.
