摘要
The questions of generation of eddy currents for a rotating cylindrical metallic part in magnetic abrasive treatment have been considered analytically. The power of dissipative electromagnetic forces and the effective braking torque have been calculated in the approximation of a normal skin effect on the basis of macroscopic field equations with the use of the model condition of axial symmetry for an electric field and the dispersion relation. © 2004 Plenum Publishing Corporation.
