Supply chain flexibility: A frame work of research dimensions

The current business environment is becoming increasingly uncertain, unpredictable, and competitive as a result increasingly more complex. In today's highly uncertain business environment, organisations always keep themselves ready for facing any eventuality. This paper presents a comprehensive review of flexibility literature and presents integrated framework of supply chain flexibility. This framework will help present a comprehensive scenario of research in the area. Dimensions of flexibility extracted from literature are made to fit into the broader framework of supply chain flexibility.
