摘要：
The need to develop information-analytical systems (IAS) for water resources quality management is substantiated. The structure and principles of IAS organization, developed by the authors, are specified. A mathematical model that serves as a basis for the simulation block of proposed IAS is discussed and the results of model calculations are given.
