摘要
AlN whiskers grown by combustion of Al powder under high nitrogen pressure were investigated. Several types of whiskers' structures, such as wavy structure, crossed structure, stack structure, bead-necklace structure, branch structure, dendritic crystal, were found due to the variation of growth conditions. The causes of some structures were explained.
