The special features of project design for spillway structures of the Krasnogorskaya small HPP-1 and HPP-2 are studied, as was the selection of a variant of the layout of hydromechanical equipment and the criteria for selection of the basic technical decisions. The results of volumetric modeling of the hydraulic processes and the principles of gate maneuvering are presented. Information regarding the priority of construction is specified, by taking into calculation the sequence of raising a spillway and mounting the basic segment gates. © 2021, Springer Science+Business Media, LLC, part of Springer Nature.
