摘要
In the recent past, developments in power systems have led to a huge interest among researchers. Transformation from centralized into decentralized environment and the progress in efficiency of the system can be named as two major evolutions in the field of power systems. In this paper, different strategies based on wind energy sources are presented as an approach in order to increase the efficiency of the systems to produce a clean and efficient energy in the multigeneration systems and expansion planning. In this regards, because of lack of supportive policies and uncertainty of wind energy, leading investors and private section to hesitate contribution in developing such methods. This problem arises due to the high uncertainty of the proposed systems and the excessive costs of the equipment. Therefore, a new support policies and regulations are used for wind energy. From the results, it is seen that with the ordinary supportive policies for wind resources penetration rate, the overall electricity price has decreased. So, rise of production and supply sources leads to drop in the market price and consequently the profits of companies.
