摘要
Low alloyed dual phase steels are increasingly used in automotive constructions. However, due to welding process of such components the local heat-input may lead to distortions and residual stresses that may influence the component production and in-service behaviour. In order to better characterize the component behaviour with respect to deformation and residual stresses, experimental and numerical investigations have been performed on sheet metals. After calculation of the temperature-field during welding process, the mechanical analysis has been done using different strain hardening models. Results of this study provide valuable information for such steels to be used in complex welded components.
