Highlights that translation of clinical genetic testing to patient care is increasing as personalised care develops, including in dentistry.Provides insight into current attitudes of paediatric dentists towards genetic testing in dentistry for dental conditions.Demonstrates a willingness within the profession to become involved with genetic testing.Areas are identified where further professional development and support in dentistry are required to realise the benefits that genetic testing offers to patient care
