摘要
Wetting (both final contact angles and spreading kinetics) of pure Ag and Ag-Zr alloys diluted in Zr on sintered AlN is studied by sessile drop experiments under high vacuum at 970 degreesC. The results are related to the interfacial reactions between Zr and AlN. The role of thermodynamic activity of Zr on wetting is discussed. (C) 2002 Acta Materialia Inc.
