Synthesis, crystal structure and magnetic properties of a 1D chain coordination polymer {[Cu(μ-H2L)(L)Cl](ClO4)3}∞ (L=N,N′-bis(pyridyl-3-yl-methyl)-1,5-diazacyclooctane)

摘要：
A novel Cu-II coordination polymer {[Cu(mu-H2L)(L)Cl](ClO)(3)}(infinity) (1) with a new pyridyl-functionalized diazamesocyclic ligand L (L=N,N'-bis(pyridyl-3-yl-methyl)-1,5-diazacyclooctane) was synthesized and characterized. The 3 crystal structure (orthorhombic, Pnma, a=3.517 0(17) nm, b=1.044 0(5) nm, c=1.196 6(6) nm, V=4.394(4) nm(3), Z= 4), spectra and magnetic properties of complex 1 were investigated. The Cu-II centers are linked through the ligand L with two different coordination modes (cis-chelated and trans-bridged) to form a 1D chain cationic motif.
