摘要
The reform of university education, as a result of the implementation of the European Higher Education Area, organized curricula in order to prepare students for their integration into the labor market. Thus, it is necessary for any university degree to include differentiation and professional specialization among its objectives, given that, nowadays, labor market demands for professionals who have specific, concrete competencies. Through the design of a mentoring program linked to the courses of Applied Economics, the aim is to turn the students of the Degree in Tourism into specialist in the analysis, planning and management of tourist destinations, with some competitive advantages over other students, which allow them to differentiate themselves in this particular area of tourism activity.
