摘要：
Colocynthins A-C (1-3, resp.), new pentacyclic cucurbitane type triterpene glucosides, have been isolated from the AcOEt-soluble fraction of the fruits of Citrullus colocynthis, along with three known compounds, beta-sitosterol 3-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside, elaterinide, and bryoamaride. Their structures were determined on the basis of (1)H- and (13)C-NMR spectra, DEPT, and COSY, NOESY, HMQC, and HMBC experiments.
