摘要
Imaging through a Fourier transform spectrograph produces a high-throughput spectrum for every pixel in a field of typical CCD imaging sizes, a few arcminutes. We describe the design of the Livermore Imaging Fourier Transform Spectrograph for visible-band astronomy. We present astronomical observations with this instrument at the 3.5-meter Apache Point Observatory.
