The study on the effective ways of energy saving and emission reduction in chemical parks in China

摘要
This paper discusses the tendency of the chemical parks development by comparing the current state of chemical parks both in China and abroad. The paper proposes the effective ways to save energy and reduce emission in chemical parks in China. The first way is to carry out cleaner production in enterprises in the chemical park to upgrade the industrial structure. The second way is to carry out circular economy between enterprises in the chemical park. The third way is to carry out circular economy between chemical parks to make carbon trading in domestic market. The fourth way is to carry out Programmatic Clean Development Mechanism (PCDM) projects to get funds and technology from the developed countries, making international carbon trading.
