摘要
This research work presents nonlinear optical investigations by means of second- and third harmonic generation of LiTaO3 crystal. NLO properties were studied by using pulsed Nd:YAG laser generating 1064 nm as a fundamental wavelength. The obtained dependence of second- and third harmonic intensities on laser energy was performed for s-p polarized fundamental beam. The outstanding SHG and THG response were achieved for x, y and z crystal planes.
