摘要
In this work, we report a kind of red emitting phosphor-in-glass (PiG) with low sintering temperature which is more conducive to prevent the denaturation of SrAlSiN3: Eu2+ (SASN:Eu2+) caused by the interface reaction between glass and phosphor. In addition, the PiG contains high content (80 wt%) of phosphor powders, which is beneficial to high power density light excitation. Under the 450 nm excitation the PiG sample showed an internal quantum efficiency value of up to 75.6%, which is close to that of the original powder SASN:Eu2+ (similar to 82.3%). When driven by a 1 W blue LD, the luminous efficacy of PiG reached 94 lm/W. The glass powder used as the matrix for PiG is borosilicate glass prepared from LTA zeolite and boron oxide. This glass has good optical properties and chemical stability.
