摘要：
An ytterbium sensitised praseodymium-doped double-clad upconversion fibre laser pumped at 840nm by a low brightness source is demonstrated. With a pump power of 3W launched in the 25 mu m pump core, a red output power of 440mW at 635nm is achieved.
