摘要
A series of layered double hydroxide compounds intercalated by chloride anion (LDH-Cl) have been prepared with coprecipitation method, and the resultant precursors were matured under different crystallization pattern such as microwave, boiling thermal and hydrothermal crystallization. Structural characterization was achieved with energy-dispersive microprobe analysis, X-ray powder diffraction, FT-IR spectra, transmission electron micrograph, thermogravimetric analysis, and BET-N-2 surface area measurements in order to establish the relationship between composition and structure, and to show the influence of synthetic factor on composition, structure and property. It has been proved from different evidence that the LDH-Cl had supermolecular structure and layered structure trait in common with hydrotalcite. The particle of LDH-Cl possessed different crystal habit in different crystallization course, bringing about divergence of relativity between composition and structure, and the development difference among grain. This nanometer micro-crystal displayed different degree of crystallinity under different preparing condition and crystallization pattern, resulting in alteration of IR absorption spectrum, thermal stability and specific surface area.
