摘要：
In administrating large-scale PC clusters, installation/updating, configuration and monitoring of system are hard work for system administrators to maintain them especially in the case where node hosts exceeds over several hundreds. We have used several tools for the purpose in our Linux cluster which consists of a hundred CPUs. Some tools were developed and is being developed ourselves and others are from UNIX community. In this paper we introduce their functionality, usability and performance with experience on our Linux PC cluster. (C) 2003 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
