Research on the Government Accountability System under Networks Environment

In this article, from perspective of developing features of the government accountability system under current networks environment, it is stated that public opinion will strengthen the accountability system of the government on aspects of transparency, democracy and scientific. However, it inevitably shows limitations of internal and external factors of public opinion. Therefore, workable suggestions and conclusions are put forward as follows: to enhance the tolerance of public opinion, to increase the transparency of government actions, to strengthen the screening and response to public opinion, to expand the uphold channels of public opinion and build the legal system to strengthen the government accountability, so as to further perfect the accountability system of Chinese government under the network environment.
