Study on purification of total flavonoids with macroporous resin from stigma maydis

摘要
The purification process of total flavonoids with AB-8 macroreticular resin from stigma maydis has been studied in this article. The yield of total flavonoids has been thought as an index to choose the optimal conditions of the purification. The optimal conditions are obtained when eluting velocity is 3.6ml.min(-1) and the eluting solvent is 70% ethanol with pH5.61. Under this condition, the content of total flavoniods is changed from 14.24% to 58.32% and the yield is 69.35% so that AB-8 macroreticular resin is suitable for the purification of total flavonoids from stigma maydis.
