Guide specification for reflective precast concrete soundwalls

This Guide Specification is intended to aide an owner or engineer in the preparation of precast concrete soundwall project specifications. The document is intended to be used as a guide for the design of precast concrete soundwalls. Reference should also be made to applicable codes and the latest edition of AASHTO ''Guide Specifications for Structural Design of Sound Barriers."
