摘要
With the development of society and economy, functions of the government in public administration have been strengthened, but the personnel management system of the traditional public sector cannot adapt to the development of the administrative system, and has exerted a negative influence in different degrees. Therefore, China should build a public sector human resources management system which can adapt to and promote the social and economic development. In the study, the status quo of the research was studied; the related theories and technologies were analyzed; a new model of human resource management from the perspective of new public management in the public sector was constructed and tested; the feasibility and advancement of the new model was proved.?
