Oscillation theorems for nonlinear second order differential equations with damping

摘要：
Some oscillation criteria are given for the second order nonlinear differential equation (a(t)Psi(x(t)) k(x'(t)))' + p(t)k(x'(t)) + q(t)f(x(t)) = 0, t greater than or equal to t(0) where p is allowed to change sign on [t(0),infinity). For this we use the averaging technique. Our results generalize and extend some known oscillation criteria in the literature.
