摘要
The distribution of carabid beetles in a forested area of 4 km(2) was analysed with pitfall traps. Prediction models were developed for particular species to describe their spatial distribution. A GIS-based model for Pterostichus madidus (FABRICIUS) and Pterostichus melanarius (ILLIGER) (Coleoptera; Carabidae) was tested. We found a significant correlation between actual and predicted distribution.
