The Problems of Credit Risk Management in the China's Commercial Bank Credit Card Business

With the deepening of China's reform and opening-up and the development of financial markets, the deep-rooted traditional consumption concept have greater changed under the influence of western consumption thought. As the competition begin more fierce among the inter banks, the issuing number of personal credit card business is more and more followed by the risk of the credit card management even more serious. Huge credit risk in the credit card business becomes an important factor of healthy development of China's financial market. In this paper, the author detailed analysis main type of the credit card risk and the reason for it. The author also give us some measures to put forward the credit card risk management in Commercial Banks.
