摘要：
A new strain of facultative anaerobic bacteria Bacillus acidocaldarius 17 suitable for solid-phase fermentation of agricultural cellulosic wastes was isolated from silage prepared from difficulty silaging plants (post-harvesting remains of maize, sunflower, and straw of cereal plants), The growth rate of this strain (up to 0.6 h(-1)) was increased by autoselection under conditions of continuous coutivation.
