摘要
Climate change has dealt children and adolescents a double blow. On the one hand, because they still have their life ahead of them and communications from beyond 2050 will become real threats; on the other hand because of their great vulnerability. Thus, in the first part of the article the consequences of climate change for the health of children and adolescents are shown and in the second part examples of individual measures for avoiding climate change ("What can pediatricians do?") are presented. The topic is becoming increasingly important in everyday medicine, especially because doctors have a particular responsibility based on their credibility and independence, as well when talking about life.
