摘要
The alkylation of heteroaryl chlorides through a homolytic aromatic substitution (HAS) mechanism was achieved by the use of alkyl formates as alkylating agents in the presence of a tert-butoxy radical precursor, where alkyl radicals are generated from alkyl formates through hydrogen abstraction followed by beta-scission with decarboxylation.
