摘要
The construction industry is a backbone industry in China. Facing the trend of global open-type manufacture and supply chain management, it is imperative to promote construction supply chain management to meet the requirements of modem competition. The conventional construction project has the disadvantages such as low efficiency in selection process, lack of specifications in purchase process and great difficulty in quality control. This article compares the features of two purchase models and sets up project purchase mathematical model in construction supply chain management environment based on the optimal theory. It also provides the Economic Order Quantity and Economic Production Quantity, and proves it positive mathematically that the supply chain purchasing strategy is optimal. Construction project purchasing by optimized model can reduce cost, improve benefit and promote market competition.
