摘要：
One of the main preconditions for the support of value-based-management is the existence of corresponding software tools for the measurement process. This article describes a basic concept for the development of a decision support system that is based on the spreadsheetprogram EXCEL. In accordance to the heterogenity of evaluation problems in practice main emphasis is put to flexibility and universality of the decision support system.
