摘要
As an important part of three-dimensional rescue, air rescue has become a closely watched hotspot for natural disasters. Through the United States in 2017 in Puerto Rico, hurricane disaster situation analysis, we propose a simulated annealing algorithm and a comprehensive coordination and optimization model based on multiple targets, multiple constraints, which is used to solve the location of storage points, UAV selection, formulation of delivery route and memory combination mode. Finally, our models were verified, at the same time, we provide intelligent decision support and exhibit a new way for the actual construction of decision support system.
