The paper reports on the experience gained in restructuring process of Katowicki Holding Weglowy S.A. It details the impact of restructuring on the densely populated area in which the Holding operates and outlines the actions taken to minimize this impact. It further reviews the actions taken to reconcile differing needs and desires of various stakeholders of the process.
