Angesichts der weltweit steigenden Sectiozahlen nimmt auch die Haufigkeit langfristiger postoperativer Komplikationen, beispielsweise Blutungsstorungen, zu. Inwieweit beeinflusst die Uterus-Nahttechnik das spatere Auftreten eines postmenstruellen Spottings? Dieser Frage ging ein niederlandisches Forscherteam im Rahmen einer randomisierten Doppelblindstudie nach.
