摘要
High speed positioning clutch is an important component in high speed starting and converting mechanism which turns with a speed of thousands rounds per second. It must not only transfer power at specified position and start the pre-selected components under commands, but also disconnect power and let components stop by the specified position precisely. In this way, different component input and output in high speed turning process can be realized through the adoption of high speed clutch. This is crucial to improve system's automation standard, speed and efficiency. In this paper, an automatic mechanism with a high speed positioning clutch is analyzed. A dynamic model of clutching process is built based on its mechanism and structure characteristics and simulated.
