Back ground: This systemic review aims to identify and evaluate studies that have been published about uses of low level laser therapy (LLLT) in management of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs), and to determine whether (LLLT) reach UN optimal uses or still around? Methods: Studies published between 1989 and 2005 were identified by researching a large number of electronic databases. Reference lists and websites were also searched and key researches were contacted. More than 250 abstracts were investigated. Results: Of the 250 identified articles (21) review articles selected which was fulfilled the inclusion criteria. (17) of them involved in management of (MSDs),& (4) of them involved in assessment and/or diagnosis of (MSDs).The results of current study show that the concordance among reviews varied. Regarding patient's satisfaction, pain reduces and improvement of life condition (as increase rang of motion) in affected joints, shown a variable positive evidence, while in others shown no any response. Conclusion :High proportion of results which was reviewed show more or less good effect of (LLLT) in management of selected cases in different (MSDs), although most literature reviews given a wide range of variety regarding methodology, descriptive information, results and final conclusion.
