Problems in the education of ICT professionals in Mozambique: a case study

摘要：
In this paper, some problems in the education of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) professionals in Mozambique are described. The reasons behind those problems are discussed in the context of the present Mozambican economic situation. An example is provided to illustrate these problems in a real life situation. Based on practical assumptions, some necessary actions that have to be taken in order to lessen the impact of these problems are proposed.
