We obtain infinitely many solutions for the problem -Delta(p)u - lambdag(x)\u\(p-2)u = k(x)\u\(q-2)u-h(x)\u\(s-2)u in R-N, where N greater than or equal to 3, 1 < q < p < s. Our result extends those of Tonkes (Topology Methods Nonlinear Anal. 13 (1999) 251) in two aspects: we don't require s less than or equal to p*, and the requirements on the weight h also be relaxed.
