The introduction of the agency problem of corporate innovation and research capacity

In this paper, by analyzing the ability of enterprises to innovate factor, intellectual capital on innovation capacity of enterprises and non-profit maximization under the condition of the manager of the impact of the adoption of technological innovation, designed to reveal the non-profit-maximizing behavior under the conditions of the law of enterprise innovation. Trying to proof of such a proposition: in the non-profit maximization conditions, the business elements of intellectual capital and innovation capability of enterprises is a positive correlation between will weaken.
