摘要：

A novel now injection chemiluminescence method for the determination of adreson has been developed, which was based on the chemiluminescence reaction between adrenson and a highly active Mn(II) electrogenerated by a constant current electrolysis on-line. The linear range for adreson is from 1 x 10(-8) to 2 x 10(-5) g/mL, the detection limit is 5 x 10(-9) g/mL and the relative standard deviation in 2.0%. The simple, rapid and reproducible method has been applied to determine adrenson in the tablets and injections with satisfactory results.
