摘要：

Nowadays, a resource-conserving and environment-friendly society is the trend of city's construction. There are a lot of researches on this theme, but little on evaluation indicators system. Based on the connotation and progeny of this theme, this paper constructs an evaluation indicators system to measure cities' construction situation about resource-conserving and environment-friendly society, and established the weights and data standardization. This study did an empirical analysis on Wuhan and proposed some problems. It implied that this evaluation indicators system is effective to measure city's "Resource Economical and Environment Friendly" society construction.
