摘要
We investigate the transport properties in triple quantum dots (TQDs) by accurately solving the Anderson three-impurity model under nonequilibrium condition with the hierarchical equations of motion (HEOM) approach. Firstly, we reproduce the experimental features of bipolar Pauli spin blockade (PSB) in doubly-singly-doubly occupied TQDs, where the current is strongly suppressed in both bias directions. Then, we predict similar features in singly-doubly-singly occupied TQDs and find that the many-body tunneling dominates the transport in the strongly correlated regime in both structures. Finally, we demonstrate the long-range resonance between two edge dots characterized by the current enhancement, which is in agreement with experiments. It indicates that the long-range quantum coherence can play an important role near the PSB region, which provides a possible way to achieve distance quantum simulation and computation.
